This should be advertised as a 250w PEAK amp....
I knew i wouldnt get the full 2000w....but even when bridged (even only on one channel!) it output a max of 250w to the sub....
didnt even hook up the rest, because after being bridged for a week on one sub, it died on me....
perhaps it could do a great job powering door speakers, granted as its a 4 channel amp....

People just do the math on it. The wattage & the Amperage DO NOT match up.The amp has (2) 30 amp fuses in it, So at 12 volts the most wattage this amp can make would be 720 watts as the fuses are blowing. Also look at the price, I have NEVER heard of a REAL 2000 watt amp selling for 100 bucks.. LOL
So in reality it can maybe make about 300 watts that are usable & semi clean, the rest is lost in the DC to DC voltage amplifier on the power supply side of the amp, the power supply probably puts out around 40 to 60 positive & negative volts to the audio amp section if its lucky.

I was scard to buy a off brand amp but it was well worth it i have a rockford fosgate amp that makes my woofers sound just a little better then this lanzar amp does. if your looking to budget or need a 2000 watt amp this is the amp to go for it is awesome and for the price it is even better. trust me this will make your system sound great.
