This Pyle Hydra amp will power your speakers on the dock, in your boat, or by the pool--it's completely waterproof. This 2-channel, 240-watt marine amp takes both high- and low-level inputs, so it's compatible with a variety of head units and sources. Remote turn/on off makes controlling the amp a breeze, and gold-plated RCA inputs mean it won't be a weak link in your setup.
Input Options
The PLMRA120 features low-level RCA inputs for sources that use RCA-type connectors. If your marine receiver lacks RCA output jacks, you can connect speaker output leads to the high-level terminal inputs.
Input Level Control
Adjust the line level input for the least amount of distortion to match your source unit.
Protection
Protect the amp and your vehicle's electrical system from short circuit conditions with built-in fuse protection, along with overload, thermal and short circuit protection. A heavy duty aluminum alloy heatsink helps prevent any thermal issues.

This is not a 240 watt amp as advertised.
I called Pyle and it is 24 watts rms each side...i installed it on a motorcycle and it works fine....very easy install.

I bought this amp for my ice chest radio I was building, it works great, I have it hooked up to 2 6.5" speakers on each side of the ice chest and never have had a problem with it, sounds pretty decent for the price and haven't had any problems with it. Doesn't get hot at all, I am in the process of ordering another one for another radio I am building.

The only thing that is good about this product is the powder coat finish. Mine never would power up, right out of the box from china. Buy cheap, get cheap! Return shipping/time = TRASH CAN! Don't waste your hard earned $
